A Spanish speaking Registered Dietitian, Sherrie received her BS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. She then completed her Dietetic Internship and MS in Nutrition at Brooklyn College, in Brooklyn, NY.
During her thirteen years in NYC, she worked as an Outpatient Dietitian for several health centers in Brooklyn and Manhattan. After completing her Masters, Sherrie took on the role as Lead Clinical Nutritionist and Food Service Manager for New York Eye & Ear infirmary of Mount Sinai, a historic specialty hospital.
Her philosophy is to nourish your body and life with real food, and make healthy and balanced food choices. She focuses on the individual and tailors to her client’s cultural, nutritional, and lifestyle needs and preferences.
She believes that small changes can improve overall health and quality of life, and she strives to provide her clients with the tools needed to make healthy and positive lifestyle changes.
