Raychel DeCorpo, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian who received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. While completing her undergraduate education, she received a NCCA accredited Personal Training Certification from the American Council on Exercise. Since being certified over a decade ago, she has worked as an individual and group fitness trainer and a health coach during which she designed a multi-class group fitness program and established and lead a combined Fitness and Nutrition Weight Management Program.
Raychel then worked as a Pediatric and Maternal Nutritionist for the WIC program at Children’s Friend while earning her Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Saint Joseph. During this time, she completed her thesis on the positive cardiovascular and metabolic effects of low carbohydrate/high fat diet patterns, such as the Paleo and Ketogenic diets, and her true nutrition passion was born.
After completing the Sodexo Dietetic Internship with a concentration in Weight Management and Bariatrics at the Southcoast Hospital Group in Southeastern Massachusetts, she passed the national exam administered by The Commission on Dietetic Registration.
With the overabundance of health misinformation available, Raychel aspires to educate, motivate, and empower individuals to make the necessary lifestyle changes so they can reach their health, wellness, and fitness goals.
